CLASS Descriptions

Hot Vinyasa

All levels, energetic flows connecting our breath with movement. We keep the temperature between 85-90 degrees, great for detoxing and building heat to open the body. Modifications and advancements will be offered. These classes offer it all: strength, flexibility, endurance, and mindfulness.

Gentle Flow

This is a great practice to build both your knowledge and abilities. We slow down our pace as we move through our practice. Intentionally moving our bodies, to relieve stress and clear the mind. This class is unheated with plenty of options to restore from the inside out.

Hot Ladder Flow

All levels, energetic flow. Takes the best from traditional Hot Vinyasa and stacks the movement. Creating a sequence of 16 poses throughout our practice. We keep the temperature between 85-90 degrees.
